Why should I meal?
If you haven’t tried to plan your meals in advance, this will be a game election for you! Here’s the reason I swear by planning a weekly meal:
- Less stress, more calm: No more at the last minute “What’s for dinner?” panic. Meal planning gives you a game plan so evenings run smoother.
- SAVE SERIOUS MONEY: A thought -provoking plan means fewer impulse purchases, smarter bulk shopping and leftovers that are actually used. It all adds real savings.
- Healthier choice: Meal planning maps your week and keeps the right ingredients available, making it easy to cook at home instead of grabbing takeout.
- Time Back on Your Day: Meal planning prevents you from wasting time staring into the fridge or running to the store five times a week.
- Happier family dinners: Having a plan means meals that everyone is actually looking forward to, and fewer noon.

Storage of residue for meal planning
I only plan meals on Monday-Friday because we sometimes have plans this weekend or I have leftovers that we may have to end the week! If you have leftovers, be sure to store them properly in an airtight container in your refrigerator.
