Elon Musk reveals where he would like to die, and it is very unusual

For many of us, the place where we end our days will most likely be a choice between a hospital, at home or at our favorite place.

But trust that Elon Musk has a very different answer to where he would like to see the end of his life.

And as unusual for a place as it might be for everyone else, for the Tesla founder, it makes a bit of sense when you think about it.

According to Page Six, Musk attended Michael Milken’s annual Hamptons Prostate Cancer Foundation gala over the weekend in August, where he mingled with other billionaires including Julia Koch, Bill Ackman, Stephen Schwarzman, Rob Citrone and Patrice Motsepe.

A source further claimed to the publication that Milken engaged in an ‘extensive one-on-one chat’ with the Twitter executive in which ‘[Musk was] asked about the success of Starlink’, to which he ‘talked about how bad cell service was in the Hamptons’.

Starlink is Musk’s satellite system, which in turn is a subsidiary of Space X – and it recently gave an isolated tribe in the Amazon access to an internet connection.

According to the source, Musk was heard saying, “I had important texts to answer on the way here and couldn’t… people were asking where I was, Timbuktu?”

Then it was claimed by a source that it was revealed that Musk’s ideal place to die was ‘on Mars’.

In response to Page Six, he later explained that Milken had read out an old quote of his in which he had said, “I’d like to die on Mars, just not on impact.”

He also told the outlet that the Wifi “desperately needs an upgrade,” adding, “I haven’t been to the Hamptons in years and was only in the area for ~24 hours at Milken’s request for his cancer charity.”

In other news, Musk was recently named in a criminal lawsuit filed by Algerian boxer, Imane Khelif.

Khelif ended up making headlines at this year’s Olympics after being caught in a gender eligibility test streak.

After her fight with Italian boxer Angela Carini lasted 46 seconds before Carini pulled the trigger, reports began to emerge of Khelif’s alleged failure of an International Boxing Association (IBA) gender eligibility test – and then led to the questioning of Khelif’s gender by social media users.

Khelif was born female and is listed as female in her passport.

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the Algerian Olympic Committee both spoke out in defense of Khelif – with the IOC writing that ‘the gender and age of the athletes is based on their passports’.

After the Olympics, Khelif launched a complaint against those described by French authorities as having committed alleged “acts of aggravated cyber-harassment”.

Musk along with Harry Potter author JK Rowling, was confirmed to have been named in the case by Khelif’s lawyer and could face jail time – as well as a hefty fine.
