We are pleased to provide our clients with a secure web-based portal (extranet) known as MyCase. The MyCase portal is used to exchange and provide information to and from our clients. MyCase is a secure portal through which our clients may access specific resources, such as documents, tasks, calendar events and invoices at any time of the day or night, 24 hours a day. In short, MyCase provides our clients with a secure online file.
In addition to providing documents, a secure messaging feature is available through MyCase. MyCase also enables members of our firm to easily share resources and collaborate with clients, or co-counsel through the portal. The portal grants our clients or co-counsel, the latitude to review and contribute to relevant matter developments, and helps to mitigate associated inefficiencies related to other time-consuming communications.
