John was born and raised in
Spokane where he lives with his wife Gloria.
He received his undergraduate degrees in Economics and Speech
Communications from the University of Washington and is a 1979 graduate of
Gonzaga University School of Law. A founding member of the firm, Mr.
Loeffler's practice encompasses all phases of litigation, with emphasis on
civil litigation and commercial and residential real estate
litigation. John also practices in business transactions, estate
planning and landlord/tenant issues including commercial and residential
lease preparation and negotiation.
In addition to his law practice, Mr. Loeffler is an arbitration panel
member under the Spokane County Mandatory Arbitration Program and is
frequently a mediator of civil and domestic matters.
